Kolter Homes announces Tony Adams as its newest Regional Vice President to oversee both Cresswind and Kolter Homes developments in Georgia and northwest Florida. Day-to-day he supervises a team of more than 60 employees managing land acquisition, approvals and development, as well as construction, sales, marketing and warranty.
“Tony has been an integral member of the Kolter Homes team for more than six years,” Robert Rademacher, president of Kolter Homes, said. “We are fortunate to have him at the helm of our Georgia and northwest Florida divisions as we expand and open new communities.”
Adams joined Kolter Homes in 2015 as a director to oversee the development, construction and sales at Cresswind Peachtree City. Named one of the “Top 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the U.S.” by Where to Retire Magazine and the “Active Adult Community of the Year” by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in 2018, Cresswind Peachtree City was also the best-selling active adult community in the Atlanta metro in 2018 and 2019, according to data from MarketNsight.
Promoted to regional vice president by Kolter Homes, Adams oversaw the successful sell-out of Cresswind Lake Lanier, as well as the ramp-up of the builder’s flagship Atlanta community, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. Located in Hoschton within Jackson County, Cresswind Georgia sold more than 100 homes during its first 90 days of sales.
In 2020, Adams and the Kolter team were recognized at the OBIE Awards with 17 wins. The builder took home 12 Gold and five Silver Awards for both Cresswind Peachtree City and newly opened Cresswind Georgia. Since then, in 2021, Cresswind Georgia took home four OBIE Awards including three Gold and one Silver.
Prior to joining Kolter Homes, Adams worked for national home builders Ryland, DR Horton and Toll Brothers. Adams attended the University of Louisville and resides with his family in Cumming, Georgia.
