Fischer Homes is now open for sale in The Villas at Longleaf Park, a Watersound Origins® community in South Walton County, Florida.
The Villas at Longleaf Park offers 76 attached, single-story, single-family homes, marking the debut of the builder’s Paired Villa Collection in the Northwest Florida market. Fischer Homes entered the region in December 2023 through the acquisition of Samuel Taylor Homes of Panama City Beach, Florida.
Fischer Homes’ Paired Villa Collection showcases two low-maintenance, one-story models: The Lucas and The Anfield. The homes in The Villas at Longleaf Park are priced from the $480s.
The Lucas design offers 1,418 square feet of living space, featuring two bedrooms, two full baths, and a covered patio. The private owner’s suite includes an option to connect directly to the laundry room. Similarly, the Anfield floorplan offers 1,442 square feet of living space with up to three bedrooms, 10-foot ceilings, a spacious owner’s suite walk-in closet, and a covered patio.
Fischer Homes recently hosted a grand opening with a ribbon cutting to unveil the new model. Potential homebuyers had the opportunity to explore the community and tour the models. These are the first two model homes built since Fischer entered the Northwest Florida market.
