Full-service interior design firm Crosby Design Group is excited to announce it is currently developing the neighborhood options and special design features for the 13 townhomes coming soon to Phase II at Blacksmith Row. The firm, owned by Jennifer Crosby, is specifying interior design finishes in addition to meeting with homebuyers at its Roswell Design Center to add personalization options.
A part of Miller Lowry Development, Blacksmith Row – Phase II is a luxury townhome community under development between Green Street and Canton Street in Roswell. This development serves as a unique combination of historic charm, traditional feel and modern sophistication. As an extension of the original Blacksmith Row townhome community, Blacksmith Row – Phase II will add additional luxury townhomes to this highly sought-after destination near the vibrant downtown Roswell area.
“It can be tricky, but I love working in a historic area where you are trying to keep that feeling alive while putting a modern, updated twist to the design 
and flow of the neighborhood,” Meredith Chitwood, lead designer with Crosby Design Group working on Blacksmith Row, said. “It’s become an urban core neighborhood with an eclectic style, which is always a great way to play-up memory features in a historical area.

Tile patterns, fireplace designs, and interior colors are just a few of the options to choose from that will give you that flair of historical pops throughout the home,” Chitwood said. “Every builders’ needs are different in each of their neighborhoods. The location, style, demographics, etc., and that is something I truly enjoy about working with different builders. It makes me keep all styles alive.”
Upon completion, the new phase at Blacksmith Row will feature 13 new luxury townhomes, four of which are already under contract. Townhomes feature open-concept designs with chef-inspired kitchens opening to the living areas, outdoor living spaces with fireplaces and upgraded finishes, appliances and features. The Crosby Design Group team will meet individual homeowners at its Roswell Design Center to add personalization options to each townhome.
Blacksmith Row, located a short walk from popular restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and art galleries, will provide a new connection from Green Street to Canton Street. Also included in the development is a historical structure to be repurposed for commercial use.
